I'm baaaaaaaaaaack!
Wow..its been almost a month since I have updated. Well I have good reasons I promise!
Let's see if I can recap this in point form
-my ds got strep throat and then the next week broke out in hives EVERYWHERE. The doctor said he had an allergic reaction to the medicine he was on...which happened to be a form of penicillin. He was covered with these hives for almost 5 full days.
-my dog of 13 years was put to sleep last week.
-In addition to selling at Digital Candy and ScrapbookMAX, I recently opened up my very own Blog Store with the help of the awesome Christine Smith. THAT has kept me pretty busy let me tell ya!! -My grandma is not doing too well. Cancer is such a nasty disease :(
-I FINALLY replaced my mac powerbook that died. I love my new mac...like LOVE LOVE LOVE!! Just waiting to get a copy of Windows so that I can have a dual boot laptop!
Thats most of it in a nutshell. I will be back with some fun stuff soon!

The Big News
So now I can share with you some pretty big news that has been going on around here! I had been toying with the idea of selling my designs for a while now, most of you know that...well...NOW I AM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WOOHOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
First there is Digital Candy
This place rocks!!! I cannot even begin to tell you how welcome they make a newcomer feel and as an added bonus THEY ARE CANADIAN!!! WOOHOO!!

If you are new to digital scrapbooking this is the perfect software for you! I was sent a copy
to test out and review and as most of you know I am a die hard Photoshop girl but I was pleasantly surprised with the ease of this program. I am SLLLOOOOOWLY getting thing up in the store there but they only upload to the store ONCE a week so I figure by 2008 most of my stuff SHOULD be up there lol *snicker*
So there ya have it...awesome huh?!!!!

I am also anxiously awaiting my copy of Scrapbook Dimensions to arrive. I cannot wait to see my Photo Restoration article in PRINT!

Crazy Crazy Days
Well today I had a break from being a mom (gotta love Sundays) and had a very productive day. I finished up a few CT layouts, finished the new logo and preview templates for my kits and even managed to get another kit wrapped up. And on top of that I did laundry, washed the dishes AND cooked supper! lol
I think I am pretty happy with how the logo and preview templates came out. But knowing me and how I am never happy with anything I will likely want to change it all next week!!
Here are a couple of the previews.
Tomorrow I hope to finish up a few more layouts and then it will be off to play tennis with my son. I cannot believe how much he enjoys tennis....I mean for a 6 year old I think thats pretty good.
Thats about it...so much going on yet still boring blog posts lol

Crazy World Of Mine
Where to begin. I guess to keep from boring you all to death I will use point form.
-mil diagnosed with colon cancer, still recovering from surgery in hospital
-my grandma was diagnosed with advanced lung cancer, the doctors are not giving her long to live.
-spent a few days at my mom's so that I could see my grandma
-been trying to keep caught up with stuff but its a never ending cycle
-ds has been doing great in soccer..he recently scored his first goal and an assist in the same game!
-my hands have been acting up again. I find them very stiff in the mornings again :(
-taking steps to get my designs out there in the stores...hopefully something will happen soon.
Well thats about it for now. Have a great weekend if I don't make it back to update!

Happy Thursday
Busy day today. Have to get caught up on a lot of things...as usual. My mil is having an operation today at noon to remove a cancerous cyst from her colon. My fingers are crossed for sure. Cancer is such a horrible, horrible disease.
Ds has soccer practice tonight and then its off to the mall to pick up a few things. Then its back home to pack for the weekend. Ds and I are going to my dad's for a few days and I get to go to a little crop on Saturday with some family and friends...CAN'T wait! I just hate packing for a crop lol but it shouldn't be so bad this time because I have DT assignments to get finished so that narrows down what I will be bringing lol.
Well I am off to get a few things done. Have a happy Thursday!

A week went by already?
Wow time flies doesn't it?
I have been up to my eyeballs in soccer this and soccer that so that is likely why time is speeding by. And tonight is yet another game for my son lol

Ok this is the LAST time, I promise :)
I know I know...I have said that before and here I go changing my blog yet AGAIN! I PROMISE PROMISE PROMISE this is the last time. I finally have things the way I want them...this blog for posting daily life stuff, news and whatever else I can think of lol and then a separate design blog where I can post previews and freebies of the schtuff that I make.
All my computer problems are worked out...router is working the way it should be (or at least I hope) and things can run smoothly once again.
New news....I am now back on the Design Team for Creative Crafts and Stickers...this was my first ever paper team and its so good to be home. I am excited to add my digital touch to this team. We are having a cyber-crop this weekend so go check it out. A lot of great challenges, games and a lot of fun gals to keep you motivated and chatting up a storm!
ScrapFabulous is having an "All About Me" challenge. So go here and sign up...there are weekly prizes and you will get that extra push you need to create some awesome pages for your BOM!
